I read an article recently describing a method of shortening URL’s in PostNuke for search engine compatability. Shorter links with no query string parameters are also advantagous in that they can be remembered more easily. I liked the concept but the code in the article wasn’t always perfect and didn’t have support for some modules I was running (Gallery, PostCalendar etc). This is my attempt at correcting these shortcommings.
